Terms of Service

Faxwell provides online fax sending and receiving for businesses.

Service

You get a dedicated fax number. You can send PDFs to any fax number and receive faxes sent to yours, subject to your plan's monthly page allowance.
No junk faxing. Unsolicited fax advertising is illegal (TCPA / the Junk Fax Prevention Act in the US, CASL in Canada) and gets your account terminated without refund.
Fax transmission is carried over the public telephone network on a best-effort basis; delivery depends on the receiving machine answering.

Billing

Subscriptions renew monthly and can be cancelled anytime — cancellation stops the next renewal and the service stays on until the paid period ends.
Sending pauses at your monthly page cap; there are never surprise overage charges. Refunds for the current month on request if something didn't work — email us.

Liability

Faxwell relays fax traffic on a best-effort basis and is not liable for failed transmissions, carrier issues, or downstream loss of business. The service is provided "as is." Our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the last 3 months.
